The permit consists of a “wallet portion” and a “vehicle portion”. Members MUST carry the wallet portion on their person while in the hunting area and provide it, if asked by a Club administrator or a GRCA or MNRF official, as proof of membership.
The vehicle portion MUST be displayed on the vehicle dashboard with the permit information readily visible.
Rules
Members must adhere to safe hunting practices and all Federal and Provincial regulations at all times. Members must wear hunter-orange
To provide a quality hunt there will be a limited number of parking spots available (16-17). Members must park ONLY in designated parking spots before entering the hunting property.
Only birds “in flight” may be shot. Members are restricted to only TWO pheasants per day (either sex). Once a member collects their two pheasants, they are to leave the hunting area with their dog under control and vacate the parking area immediately.
Absolutely NO cleaning of shot game in the parking lot or immediate area.
Pick up after your dog (stoop and scoop) in parking lot and immediate area.
Take out all garbage with you. Littering will not be tolerated.
Failure to follow the above rules can result in your membership being revoked at any time.
As members vested in the success of our fledging club, we need to be considerate of fellow members and ensure that our club rules are followed. Please remember this is a “pilot project” for 3 years and there is no guarantee that the hunt will continue beyond that time.

Separate from our members being vigilant, there will also be an enforcement presence from both MNRF and GRCA staff.
Please remember - your club’s success depends on you!
