Membership

The membership renewal period for existing Conestogo Pheasant Club members has now closed. Thanks to everyone who has renewed and paid for their 2026 membership. Please ensure your OFAH membership is also current for insurance coverage reasons. 

NEW MEMBERSHIPS: For the 2026 season there will be a total of five openings available. New this year, these spots will be allocated by lottery. Membership applications will be made available on the website on Sunday June 14th, 2026 at 9am. Any person wishing to join may fill out the form and submit it free of charge. The window to do this will close on the same day, June 14th at 9pm. The club will sort through the applications to ensure they are valid and complete. The system automatically assigns each person a number and these assigned numbers will be used in the lottery. Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible via email and will be expected to pay their membership fee of $280 via e-transfer without delay. It is imperative you have a valid email, an OFAH membership, and the ability to pay, or you may be disqualified.  

Information regarding apprentice hunters and/or non-hunting guests will follow once the membership roster for 2026 is finalized.
