Membership Renewal 

Current Conestogo Pheasant Club members:

The renewal period for existing members is now open and will run from May 1st to May 31st. You can renew by sending a $280 membership fee via EFT (interac etransfer) to conestogopheasantclub@gmail.com . The club is set up for "auto deposit" so you should receive a message immediately saying the funds were accepted. Please ensure you spell conestogo with an O. Include with your money transfer a short message in the text area stating who the payment is for. There is confusion when members have money sent by a 3rd party with a different name.

The club will email you a confirmation within a few days letting you know you are renewed.

Once the renewal period ends, we will determine the number of spots available for 2025 for new members. These spots will be announced and will be made available on a first come first served basis in June. Further details on this will be posted later.
