Membership Renewal 

Membership renewals for the 2024 season start on May 1st and run through May 31st. Your payment MUST be received by midnight May 31st or your membership will be forfeited and offered up as first-come first-served on June 15th.

Current members, who have NO CHANGES to their personal information: First, send your renewal payment of $280 via EFT to conestogopheasantclub@gmail.com. Indicate in the "notes" area who the payment is for by putting in your name and/or your member number. Send a second email to conestogopheasantclub@gmail.com identifying who you are PLUS your OFAH number, that there are no changes to your personal information, and that you have sent payment. You will receive an email acknowledging we have your renewal. 

Current members, who have CHANGES to their personal information: First, send your renewal payment of $280 via EFT to conestogopheasantclub@gmail.com. Indicate in the "notes" area who the payment is for by putting in your name and/or your member number. Send a second email to conestogopheasantclub@gmail.com identifying who you are PLUS your current OFAH number, detail the changes to your information, and that you have sent payment. You will receive an email acknowledging we have your renewal. 

Current members who wish to register an apprentice: We will register apprentice hunters AFTER June 15th. There will be further instructions at that time. Remember, the apprentice will have to meet the definition under Ontario's current game laws and will require OFAH insurance either as an individual, or under your family account.

Lastly, the club is set up for "auto deposit". If your EFT asks you to create a password, double check you are spelling conestogo with an "O" in the email.
